Frequently Asked Questions
No. All merging happens locally in your browser using the pdf-lib library. Your files never leave your device.
No. Password-protected PDFs cannot be loaded. You will see an error message for any file that fails. Remove the password using another tool first.
Individual files over 20 MB will trigger a warning. Very large PDFs may slow down your browser depending on your device.
Pages are merged in the order files appear in the list. Use the up/down buttons to rearrange before merging.
The merged PDF preserves page content and orientation. Complex bookmarks or embedded metadata may not be preserved.
