Reporting a Bug?

If a tool isn't working as expected, please help us fix it quickly by including the following information in your email:

  • The Tool Name: Which specific tool were you using?
  • Your Device/Browser: Are you on a phone or desktop? Using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge?
  • What Happened: A brief description of what went wrong (e.g., "The image compressor got stuck at 99%").
  • Screenshots: If you see an error message, a screenshot is incredibly helpful!

Please do not attach sensitive personal documents to bug reports.

Feature Requests

ToolVault is actively developed, and many of our tools were built based on direct user feedback. If there is a specific file conversion or utility you use frequently and would like to see added to our site, let us know!
